My name is Alex Rinfreschi. My partner and brother-in-law is Ruggero Sandri-Boriani. I am married to Simona for 18 wonderful years, and I have two children Kyle (16) and Victoria (13). Ruggero married Bronwyn a year ago and both Simona and I are looking forward to nieces and nephews!
We live in Cape Town, South Africa, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is one of the few cities that can boast both a mountain and a coastline. So we have the best of both worlds.
Our common passion is all things computers. We’re into programming and web-design and computer games! That’s just the little boy in us. Ruggero and I love the world-wide-web! The Internet truly is a world in itself, with online shopping malls (complete with carts) and information sites; it’s the biggest library and shopping centre in the world! And like any vast shopping centre, we've discovered that it comes with its perils. We've found that getting an honest review on products and services available online is intensely difficult. The internet is no different from the ‘real world’ when it comes to those behind it who are driven by greed and are not interested in the well-being the customer. Don’t get me wrong, there are many excellent products available online, but unfortunately, there are also many knock-offs and products which over-promise and under-deliver.
So we decided to do something about it, and Top-User-Reviews was born. We work very hard at doing as much research as possible on a variety of products and services, so as to try and protect you, our valued readers. We don’t sugar-coat anything, and we give you the raw truth, good or bad, no hype! It’s what we’d expect, and so we’re sure it’s what you’d expect too!
